DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete routine outboard maintenance on Yamaha and Suzuki engines.
• Complete basic Yamaha & Suzuki diagnostics on electrical, fuel, ignition and cooling systems.
• Basic understanding of DC boat systems diagnostics and repair.
• Keep customers informed of the work needed with accurate estimates.
• Clearly document: inspection, test results, work performed or to be performed and parts used.
• Moving boats and trailers as needed.
• Keeping the shop clean and any other tasks to keep the shop running efficient.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIRED:

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
• Proven experience with Yamaha Outboard service, Diag, Tilt & trim & fuel systems (minimum of 2 years required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Looking for high end professional.
• You must be responsible, dependable, self-motivated, honest, open-minded and work well with others as a part of the team.
• Must be accurate and efficient.
• Able to maintain professional presentation and good work ethic.
• Must possess organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess strong written and verbal skills.
• This role requires a strong understanding of schematics and the ability to work directly with customers to provide exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
