Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases
- Present and sell company products/services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with the sales and support team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound or telesales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
- Good English/Urdu communication.
