Outbound Business Development

Job Title: Outbound Business Development (B2B – IT Services)

We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Business Development Resource who can own end-to-end outbound growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our IT services portfolio and positioning
  • Define clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Build high-quality lead lists based on ICPs
  • Create engaging, value-driven outreach messages
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + cold email)
  • Create value assets (checklists, tips, hooks) and LinkedIn posts to engage prospects
  • Book qualified meetings and start meaningful business conversations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound business development experience
  • Experience selling IT services / software / digital services
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRMs
  • Strong written communication and strategic mindset

Goal of the role:
Consistently generate qualified meetings and real sales conversations through outbound efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
