About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Call Agent to join our on-site team. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers during the night shift (US/Canada time zone).
• Clearly explain company products, offers, and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up records.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead quality.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams for smooth follow-ups.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive communication style throughout.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling or tele-sales (international process preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US/Canada hours).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge – CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
