Telecaller for Events (Dammam)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team for a series of events. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with key business contacts, manage RSVPs, and ensure high attendance for our networking events. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major business outreach initiative, targeting top business clusters in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to businesses within targeted sectors (decision-makers, business owners, procurement teams) to confirm participation in upcoming roadshow events.
• RSVP Management: Follow up on email invitations to confirm attendance and manage the RSVP list.
• Event Promotion: Provide clear and concise information about the event agenda, speakers, and benefits of attending.
• Database Management: Update and maintain an accurate database of business contacts and RSVPs.
• Follow-up Communication: Send reminders and follow-up calls to ensure event participation.
• Reporting: Provide daily updates to the project manager on call progress and attendee confirmations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. Prior experience in event promotion is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of contact data.
• Customer-Oriented: Must be able to engage with high-level professionals confidently and professionally.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to meet daily call and RSVP targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, databases, and Microsoft Office.
