What You'll Be Doing

• Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
• Introduce company services and identify customer needs.
• Engage prospects professionally and build interest in our offerings.
• Schedule appointments, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident communication style.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
• Experience with US-based campaigns will be considered an advantage.
