Outbound Call Center Manager

BASE SALARY PLUS BONUS!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Directors to establish sales goals
  • Measures outbound call center performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates marketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
  • Educate prospective clients on products and services
  • Maintain record of client contact information

​Qualifications:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage an outbound call center team
  • Previous experience in sales or other related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or related software to prepare reports and measure performance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
