Outbound Call Representative - UK BASED CAMPAIGN

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Cold Caller to join our team at a leading UK-based pest control company.

• Conduct outbound callsto cold prospects from provided sources
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and scheduling inspections.
• Provide information about pest control services and the benefits of the survey.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and customer information in CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle customer objections and effectively communicate the value of the service.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling or sales is required
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• A positive attitude and persistence in overcoming objections.
• Fluent in English .

Timings: 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Monday to Saturday
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
