Outbound Calls Sales Representative (US-Based B2B)

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience in US-based B2B calling. This role focuses on US-based B2B outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, handling objections, and working in a target-driven environment.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by generating high-quality leads and setting qualified sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to US-based B2B prospects
  • Introduce company services clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on business needs
  • Generate leads and set appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
  • Follow up with prospects via calls or emails to nurture leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

  • O/A Level qualification required
  • Prior experience in cold calling or outbound B2B sales (US market preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport over calls
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and rejection professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

Shift: 7PM - 4AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Handsome salary + lucrative commission & performance incentives

Location: Phase 3, zector Z, DHA Lahore.
