Outbound Client Relationship Expert (US)

We are searching for a motivated Outbound Sales Expert to join our outbound sales team. You will handle the entire sales cycle, which includes cold calling US leads, presenting our services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of call center experience, an excellent US accent, and great communication skills.

What your days will look like:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers.
• Share our company's value using a professional US accent.
• Keep customer profiles and sales logs updated in the CRM software.
• Work with internal sales and marketing teams to sync strategies.
• Design and deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects.
• Talk about terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
• Follow up with warm leads and solve problems to complete sales.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in a call center.
• Minimum education background: Intermediate.
• Great English communication skills with expertise talking to US clients.
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM PKT.
• Must be looking for a stable, long-term employment.
• Resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad with daily commute to DHA Phase 1 Rawalpindi.
• Goal-driven mindset to hit targets and earn high salaries + commissions.

Compensation details:

• The starting basic salary is PKR 80,000/-
• Target Tier 1: Achieve this and your basic salary for that month hits PKR 150,000/- immediately.
• Target Tier 2: Achieve this and earn a fixed 15% commission paid in USD for every sale after this tier. Also, all attendance deductions for that month will be waived off.
• Target Tier 3: Achieve this and earn a fixed 20% commission paid in USD for every sale after this tier.

Onboarding:

You will go through a mandatory 1-week paid training period to learn our sales packages and negotiation skills. You will get a fixed training compensation of PKR 5,000/- after you clear a mock call. This money is added to your first payroll. To pass the evaluation phase, you must make 2-3 sales before your first month ends.
