Join Our Team as an Outbound Sales Caller

We are hiring motivated and confident individuals for an Outbound Cold Calling role focused on the US market. If you have experience handling sales calls, engaging prospects, and closing opportunities over the phone, this could be a great fit for you.

We’re looking for someone who is driven by targets, communicates fluently in English, and knows how to turn conversations into results.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market
• Introduce company services and generate qualified sales leads
• Follow call strategies while keeping conversations natural and engaging
• Manage objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process
• Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and lead progress
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales
• Experience working on international or US campaigns is an advantage
• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and goal-focused personality
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 35,000
• Lucrative commission structure with uncapped earning potential
