Outbound Commercial Sales (Remote)

The Outside Commercial Sales Rep at Batteries Plus will find and grow commercial sales portfolio in the Los Angeles, CA region. In this role, you'll focus on high-volume outbound calling, turning leads into active accounts, and growing current commercial base.

This is a remote position. We are looking for hungry, competitive, coachable, and reject proof sales representatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by results, this is your chance to help power the growth of a nationally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to targeted organizations and connect with decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the value of Batteries Plus products and services.
  • Qualify leads, referrals, and inquiries to convert into accounts.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on product and service proposals with customers and prospects
  • Expand existing commercial base by offering additional products and services
  • Reactivate lost or inactive customers
  • Consistently achieve sales quotas and activity goals, logging all interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with sales coaches, store owners, and cross-functional teams for seamless customer transitions.
  • Participate in training, sales meetings, and special projects to sharpen your skills and support growth.
  • Coordinate with stores to provide customer service, order management, and delivery support

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in direct face to face or over the phone business to business sales
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence with a consultative sales style.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Coachable, adaptable, self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; thorough knowledge of business plans and budgets
  • Ability to calculate algebraic expressions, percentage, ratios, and measurements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
