Outbound CSR – (HVAC/Plumbing)

Location: Westminster, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (30 hrs/week) (schedule may evolve over time)

Compensation: $18/hr + commission + monthly performance bonuses

We’re not looking for another “CSR” who just answers phones. We are a home-services company in growth mode, and we need someone who can turn cold lists into warm opportunities. If you’re the type of person who thrives on hearing “no” 50 times just to get that one “yes”—this is your arena.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Make outbound calls every day to homeowners (past customers, leads, neighborhood lists).
• Book qualified appointments for plumbing/HVAC service — your goal is to keep our techs busy.
• Follow up on quotes, seasonal specials, and membership offers.
• Track your calls + booked jobs (we’ll train you on ServiceTitan).
• Celebrate every win, compete with yourself, and push for bonus tiers.

How You Get Paid

• Base: $18/hr
• Per-Appointment: $25 commission for each booked appointment
• Bonuses:
• 50+ appointments/month → $250
• 75+ appointments/month → $500
• 100+ appointments/month → $1,000!
