Outbound Customer Service & Sales Representative

About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our sales and support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, promote our Australia Conference and close sales. This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday to Friday (6:00am to 3:00pm).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell conference delegate tickets over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and tailor recommendations
  • Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately log all call and sales activity into the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement to drive conversions.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and meet team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Excellent English speaking and business writing skills
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance targets.
  • Confident, resilient, and motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in computers and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Call Centre: 2 years (Preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Telesales: 1 year (Preferred)
