We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound (Follow-Up) Representative to join our dynamic team at Etisal International, a leading player in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues from previous communications to resolve customer queries promptly.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for calls and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience in outbound, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Demonstrated skill in handling objections effectively.

Recent graduates with a technical major from an accredited college are highly encouraged to apply.
