- Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budgets, interests, and travel preferences (e.g., leisure, adventure, family).
- Itinerary Creation: Develop customized, detailed itineraries including flights, accommodation, transport, and activities.
- Booking & Reservations: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and manage all confirmations.
- Destination Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge on destinations, customs, weather, and local attractions.
- Sales & Promotion: Sell packages, potentially using promotional materials and techniques, and meet sales targets.
- Documentation: Handle visas, travel insurance, currency, and provide essential travel documents.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure services and rates.
