Role Overview
We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Specialist who can build outbound pipelines from scratch, use AI and automation platforms to scale outreach, and manage multiple marketing functions simultaneously.
The primary focus of this role will be outbound go-to-market execution, including building and running email and LinkedIn outreach programs that generate qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will also contribute to content, positioning, campaign execution, and market research while working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Marketing & GTM Execution
- Build and manage cold email outreach campaigns, including list building, sequencing, A/B testing subject lines and copy, and optimizing campaigns based on reply rates.
- Own and execute LinkedIn outbound campaigns, including prospecting, connection sequences, and message copy.
- Target decision-makers in field operations, compliance, and inspection-heavy industries.
- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile and buyer personas in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Develop go-to-market playbooks for new segments, use cases, and geographies.
- Track outbound performance metrics, including open rates, reply rates, booked meeting rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve outbound campaigns to increase qualified lead generation.
Positioning, Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen messaging and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging framework.
- Monitor market trends across field operations, SaaS, AI, and workflow automation to guide content and campaign direction.
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate feature updates into clear and compelling market-facing narratives.
- Support campaign planning and execution across outbound, content, and growth marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an outbound marketing, growth marketing, lead generation, or demand generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a technology-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach or cold email campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with outbound and automation tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation workflows.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-specific copy for outbound campaigns, ads, and content.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market fundamentals, including ICP definition, messaging frameworks, funnel stages, and pipeline metrics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make quick improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
- Experience marketing inspection, compliance, field operations, or workflow-based SaaS products.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content creation and marketing workflows.
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, or Google Ads.
- Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment.
