Hiring – Sales Development Representative (Truck Dispatch Campaign)
We are hiring for a growing logistics company.
Location: Model Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri) (Night Shift)
Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (Basic) + Commission
Benefits: Meal & Transport Allowance
Trial Period: 1 Week (Mandatory for Selection)
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in outbound cold calling (US/UK campaigns preferred)
- Must be able to make 300+ calls daily using an auto dialer
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
- Sales agents with target-driven mindset are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (300+ daily) via dialer
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for dispatch services
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
