Responsibilities

  • Master and utilize team prospecting scripts to maximize sales outreach
  • Drive conversion of inbound sales inquiries into confirmed appointments
  • Proactively generate and convert outbound sales leads into scheduled meetings
  • Assess and qualify leads to accurately communicate motivation and financial readiness to real estate agents
  • Maintain and analyze database and sales productivity reports to optimize performance
  • Dedicate time to continuous skill enhancement through training and script refinement
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to boost sales effectiveness
  • Monitor and document all sales activities and client interactions using Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
