This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced,
outbound-driven sales environment
. You will work closely with experienced Sales and Global B2B teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline through structured outreach and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers across North America and EMEA.

Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and structured multi-channel prospecting sequences

Identify and understand customer pain points to initiate meaningful conversations.

Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)

Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives

Maintain and update CRM records, tracking outreach and pipeline progress.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and targeting.

Continuously build knowledge of market trends, buyer behavior, and Devsinc offerings
Requirements

Fresh graduate (or up to 6 months experience) in Business, Sales, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills (must meet professional U.S. business standards)

Demonstrated interest or exposure to sales, business development, or client interaction (internships, projects, societies, etc.)

Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with international clients.

Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation is a plus

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a bonus
