LangPros is seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and linguistically savvy Outbound Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind our growth, focusing on our premier “Events’ Industry” Supporting Services & Solutions (Simultaneous Interpretation, Translation equipment Rentals & AV Rentals, and event technology) while expanding our reach across Legal, Medical, Marketing, Technical and Corporate Localization & Translation domains.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-value prospects within the global MICE and corporate sectors.
- Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling.
- Consultative Selling: Propose tailored solutions for complex needs, such as RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) and transcreation.
- Full Cycle Management: Own the sales process from initial hunt to closing, ensuring a healthy ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in outbound sales (LSP or Event Tech preferred).
- Language: Native-level English; Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), Sales Navigator, and AI sales tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of RSI platforms and on-site AV requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional phone presence and written outreach skills; polished in-person meeting etiquette.
