We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to lead our outbound calling, lead generation through online portals and customer handling processes and who will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations at the counter, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Sales:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases at the sales counter.

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Handle objections and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Sales Management:

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Keep track of daily sales and report performance to senior management.

Product Knowledge:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and promotions.

Inventory and Display Management:

Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Set up attractive displays to drive customer interest and sales.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Customer Service:

Provide a positive customer experience to ensure repeat business.

Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business or sales is a plus.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in counter sales or retail sales.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash and basic computer proficiency (e.g., billing systems).

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Team player with good problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment and Conditions:

On-site work at the sales counter.

May require working on weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
