Outbound Sales Executive (LinkedIn + Cold Email)

About the Role:

WP Minds is looking for a proactive and mid-level Outbound Sales Executive who can independently manage both LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.

The main goal of this role is to generate international WordPress clients through consistent outreach, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

This is a hands-on role focused on daily execution, communication, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and research potential international clients
  • Send outreach messages through LinkedIn
  • Run cold email campaigns
  • Follow up with leads and responses
  • Book meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain lead data and outreach tracking
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for messaging improvements

Daily Targets (KPIs)

  • 30–50 LinkedIn connection requests daily
  • 40–80 cold emails daily
  • Daily follow-ups with active leads

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and sales process
  • Organized and follow-up oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach targets

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience working with software houses or digital agencies
  • Understanding of WordPress or web development services is a plus

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
