We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by visiting corporate clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our outbound travel packages. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit corporate clients, companies, and potential business partners to promote and sell outbound travel packages.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts to ensure continued business and customer loyalty.
• Understand client needs and customize travel solutions and packages accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and ensure timely closing of deals.
• Collaborate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth handling of corporate bookings.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel agency sales or corporate sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations, packages, and tourism products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and plan field visits.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
