Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist – The Orange Club

Role Overview
We’re seeking an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for The Orange Club by:

• Building and executing targeted outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Warming up email accounts/domains properly to establish strong sender reputation and achieve consistent inbox placement (avoiding spam/promotions tabs)
• Crafting personalized, non-AI Generated emails that maximize open rates (targeting 30%+), reply rates, and conversions while preventing spam flags through best practices like natural language, value-first content, proper authentication, and gradual volume ramp-up
• Nurturing prospects via email sequences and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships and close deals remotely (no calls or in-person required)

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation and sales closing, ideally in digital marketing agencies, SaaS, fintech, or B2B services
• Strong track record with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist) and LinkedIn for prospecting, personalization, and conversions—share examples of past campaigns or results
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling, non-spammy emails and LinkedIn messages that resonate with brands, startups, and enterprises
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and tracking
• Self-motivated with strong time management for fully remote work across global time zones
• Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing trends, AI tools, SEO, or fintech (especially Stripe integrations) to better pitch our services
