B2B Business Development Specialist (IT)

We are a highly specialized software development studio that builds premium custom mobile applications and cloud backend ecosystems.

We are seeking a sharp, relationship-driven B2B Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist to own and execute our outbound sales pipeline. In this role, you will manage dedicated business development profiles to identify, connect with, and strategically nurture high-value relationships with tech founders, executive decision-makers, and scaling product companies worldwide.

This is an execution-heavy role that balances systematic outbound volume with high-touch relationship building. We provide the targeted data, qualifying criteria, and core messaging frameworks—your job is to manage the pipeline, nurture prospects through the funnel, and secure qualified discovery calls.

Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute a strict weekly quota of highly targeted new outbound cold messages and systematic follow-ups to company founders and executives.
  • Strategic Lead Nurturing: Own the relationship funnel. Move prospects past the initial "cold" stage by deploying multi-touch nurturing sequences, sharing value-first resources, and maintaining consistent, professional touchpoints over time to build genuine trust.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize specialized, proprietary industry tracking methods weekly to source, vet, and qualify newly funded or rapidly scaling target brands.
  • Profile Management: Oversee and maintain the daily activity, account health, and inbox management of our dedicated B2B partnership profiles.
  • Hand-off Management: Seamlessly transition warm, nurtured prospects from initial dialogue into booked 15-minute discovery calls with our Lead Architect.
  • CRM Tracking: Maintain an immaculate daily sales tracker (Company Name, Decision Maker, Current Software Status, Outreach Phase, and Next Nurture Action).

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Blueprint: 1–2+ years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, agency sales, or tech-sector business development.
  • Mastery of Lead Nurturing: Deep understanding of the modern B2B sales cycle. You know how to play the long game, handle objections gracefully, and follow up persistently without sounding robotic or pushy.
  • High-Context English: Exceptional written communication skills. You can write in a crisp, professional, founder-to-founder tone that bypasses generic corporate jargon.
  • Systems Discipline: Strong familiarity with pipeline tracking tools (Notion, Google Sheets) and structured outbound workflows.
  • High Autonomy: You are self-motivated, organized, and view client acquisition as a predictable, compounding science.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive base hourly/monthly retainer.
  • Uncapped commission structure paid out per closed contract generated from your booked discovery calls.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
