Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Lead Generation Executives. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through online research and outreach, maintaining lead records, and supporting the sales team in creating new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential sales leads through online research, cold calling, social media, and other lead sourcing methods.
- Research target markets, industries, and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, interest level, and buying potential.
- Maintain and update accurate lead information in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools.
- Communicate professionally with prospects through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for timely handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare regular lead generation reports for management.
- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and industry developments to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to identify potential customers and assess sales opportunities effectively.
