Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Start Date: Immediate (after 5 days of training)
Salary: Up to 100,000+ PKR per month (including commissions)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representatives to join our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients (business owners) to present our digital marketing services
• Handle objections confidently and close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM
• Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
• Participate in daily coaching and improvement sessions

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Previous sales or call centre experience preferred
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
• Willing to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, onsite)

Compensation

• Fixed base salary + uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses for achieving milestones
• Average performers earn 100K/month, top performers up to 150K+
