Role: Student Counselor (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

As a Student Counselor, you will:

• Provide guidance on academic and career options
• Assess student needs and explore career interests
• Offer advice on course selection and applications
• Support students to improve satisfaction and success
• Coordinate with universities and institutes for smooth processes

Qualifications

• Experience in student or career counseling
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Background in the education sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build student rapport
• Ability to assess student strengths & address concerns
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Prior experience in an educational/counseling setting is a plus
