Outbound Sales Representative_ BPO

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales, call center, or BPO sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in international sales campaigns.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Lead generation and customer acquisition experience.

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Friday

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000
