Outbound Sales Representative (International Campaign)

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell products/services.

* Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to prospects.

* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Accurately record customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.

* Follow quality standards and script guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.

*Requirements & Qualifications*

* *Language:* Native-level or extremely fluent English (British/Neutral accent preferred).

* *Communication:* Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

* *Experience:* Prior experience in an outbound sales or international BPO environment is highly preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.

* *Skills:* Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

* *Availability:* Must be able to work consistent night shifts to align with foreign time zones.

* *Tech Savvy:* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

* *Salary Range:* 40,000 PKR – 60,000 PKR (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
