Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience in US-based B2B calling. The ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging decision-makers, generating leads, and setting qualified appointments through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based businesses (B2B)
  • Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects
  • Set appointments or generate leads for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in US-based outbound B2B calling (preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
