Outbound Sales Representative (US Campaign)

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will use your strong communication skills and US accent to talk to potential clients and build good relationships. The right person has at least one year of experience in sales or call centers and is good at making cold calls and closing new leads. You will handle the full sales process from the first call to closing the deal.

What you will do:

• Find and research new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Make cold calls and send emails to new prospects.
• Talk to US clients clearly and professionally using a US accent.
• Use CRM software to update customer info and track your sales.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve our results.
• Prepare and give simple sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate deals and prices while keeping a friendly relationship with clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and turn prospects into actual sales.

Requirements:

• You must have prior experience working in a call center.
• Minimum education required is Intermediate.
• Good communication skills with experience talking to US clients.
• Willing to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT.
• Looking for a long-term job, not a short-term role.
• Must live in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and commute to DHA Phase 1 Rawalpindi every day.
• Self-motivated and ready to hit sales targets to earn high salaries and commissions.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting basic salary is PKR 80,000/-
• If you hit the 1st monthly target, your basic salary for that month goes up to PKR 150,000/- immediately.
• If you hit the 2nd monthly target, you get a fixed 15% commission paid in USD for every sale after that. Also, any attendance deductions for that month will be forgiven.
• If you hit the 3rd monthly target, you get a fixed 20% commission paid in USD for every sale after that.

Training Details:

You will get a 1-week mandatory paid training period to learn about our services and how to close deals. You will get a fixed training pay of PKR 5,000/- for the first week after you pass a mock call. This money will be added to your first salary. After the mock call, you must make 2 to 3 sales before your first month ends to pass the evaluation phase.
