Outbound Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B/B2C calls to U.S. prospects

- Pitch Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent services confidently

- Identify client needs and offer relevant service packages

- Handle objections and close deals effectively

- Mentor and guide junior sales representatives

- Monitor calls and provide regular coaching

- Maintain CRM entries, call logs, and pipeline reports

- Collaborate with management to optimize scripts and outreach

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of international outbound calling experience

- Experience selling Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent solutions

- Excellent English (neutral/American accent)

- Strong closing and objection-handling skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Comfortable with night shift
