Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a strong background in outdoor field sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through strategic field engagement across the UAE.


  • Key Responsibilities:  Conduct field visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, workshops, and fleet clients.
  • Present and promote automotive products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Could you monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback?
  • Could you provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts?
  • Represent AutoMillennium Group in client meetings, activations, and trade events.


  • Qualifications:  Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the automotive field/outdoor sales.
  • Strong B2B sales acumen with a deep understanding of the local market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in working independently.
