Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business customers in different types of sectors.
  • Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential buyers, distributors, and B2B clients.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects and ongoing opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.

2. Sales Activities & Customer Engagement

  • Promote AC units, major home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ovens), and kitchen appliances to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales within approved margins.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, offers, and pending sales decisions.
  • Maintain strong after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product & Technical Knowledge

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of product specifications, energy ratings, installation requirements, and warranty terms.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on product selection based on usage needs.
  • Understand basic installation requirements for AC and appliances to properly advise clients.

4. Field Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM or sales tracker.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries for confirmed sales.
  • Maintain documentation for quotations, POs, credit approvals, and invoices.

5. Coordination & Team Support

  • Work closely with showroom, service teams, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
  • Convey customer feedback to management for product, pricing, and service improvements.
  • Support marketing team during outdoor promotional activities or campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

Sales Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in approaching new customers and handling objections

Technical & Product Skills

  • Understanding of AC types (split, window, portable, inverter technology)
  • Awareness of product specifications for refrigerators, washing machines, cookers, etc.
  • Ability to explain features such as energy efficiency, cooling capacity, load capacity, and installation needs

Professional Competencies

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Strong time management and field planning
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility with working hours and field environments
  • Valid driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales preferably in AC, home appliances, or electronics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B, reseller, or institutional environments.
  • Knowledge of major appliance brands.
  • Familiarity with Qatar/GCC market is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue and unit sales achievement
  • Number of outdoor visits and new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate of inquiries to confirmed sales
  • Market coverage (dealers, retailers, project clients)
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

  • Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday (Friday is Day-off). Are you willing to work according to this schedule?
