Job Title: Outdoor Commercial Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Outdoor Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell our gate automation products and access control solutions. The role involves meeting clients on-site, identifying their automation needs, providing technical guidance, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and comfortable working in the field with a strong understanding of sales processes in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients in residential, commercial, industrial, and contracting sectors.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and site assessments.
- Present and explain gate automation products, sliding/ swing gate motors, boom barriers, access control systems, etc.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and end customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project progress until closure.
- Provide after-sale support coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates.
- Suggest new business opportunities and strategies.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, installation scheduling, and solution customization.
- Work closely with the sales manager for pricing, approvals, and marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in automation, electrical equipment, construction materials, or similar technical industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
- Valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience dealing with contractors, builders, or B2B clients.
- Familiarity with gate motors, access control systems, or automation products is an advantage.
