Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools for efficient coverage
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and industrial painting equipment such as airless sprayers
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate finishes that complement their spaces
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
