Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outdoor Marketing Executive to promote our range of firefighting products. The primary responsibility is to visit engineering consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to introduce our brand, build strong relationships, and secure vendor-list registrations for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to consultants, contractors, engineering firms, and project stakeholders to promote the company’s firefighting products.
  • Present product specifications, certifications, and advantages to decision-makers to support approval and vendor-list inclusion.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships with consultants and industry influencers.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up to maintain strong communication and trust with all assigned consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities, upcoming projects, and potential partners for brand approval.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and marketing materials during visits.
  • Follow up on vendor registration processes, ensuring timely submission of documents and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide accurate product information and support customer requirements.
  • Maintain detailed reports of visits, activities, feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in outdoor marketing, field sales, or consultant follow-up—preferably in firefighting, MEP, or construction industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain trust and goodwill with consultants and customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of firefighting systems, safety standards, and related products.
  • Understanding of consultant approval processes and project cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
