I. Planning and Execution:

  • Identifying the Hot spots listing them out and discussing with the Manager to identify best suitable customer locations to implement marketing strategies and create brand awareness.
  • Monitoring the visibility and sustainability of Boards and Hoardings that we have erected in all locations.
  • Coordinating with the digital marketing team under the supervision of the Marketing manager to give all relevant inputs for designing Flexes, Poster, Standees, Hoarding, Paper Inserts, Brochure, Flyers and all other print media creative.
  • Organizing all necessary promotion materials and event related coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure the event is done as per the scheduled plan.
  • Maintaining stocks of all Promotional materials like Flexes, Poster, Standees, Hoarding, Paper Inserts and all other print media creative.
  • Creating, collecting and maintaining prospective customer databases and categories the database for effective analysis and taking informed decisions for project specific promotional activities.
  • Analyze and suggest various customer database opportunities that we will be able to leverage, acquire and perform BTL activities.
  • To coordinate with the pre-sales team and identify the number of enquiries that have been generated through the ATL & BTL activities every month and provide a report to the management for capturing trend analysis, enhance brand visibility and customer base.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that the print media creative is received on time for execution of planned activity.
  • To supervise and submit reports on effective execution of outdoor activities like, paper inserts, flier distribution, hoarding and flex erection and other such activities.
  • Create a smooth relationship with vendors that have been shortlisted by the company for performing and executing events outdoors and tracking payment for vendors in coordination with the finance team.
  • Constant visit to all project sites to ensure branding materials are visible to the target audience.

o Monitor competitor activities and report to Management to address and propose counter strategies.

o Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

III. Documentation:

Hot Spot Analysis: Listings and reports identifying prospective customer locations for marketing activities.

Visibility and Sustainability Reports: Monitoring reports of erected boards and hoardings at various locations.

Design Briefs: Detailed briefs for the digital marketing team for designing flexes, posters, standees, hoardings, paper inserts, brochures, flyers, and other print media creatives.

Promotion Materials Inventory: Inventory lists of all promotional materials, including stocks of flexes, posters, standees, hoardings, paper inserts, and other print media creatives.

Event Plans and Schedules: Detailed plans and schedules for events, including vendor coordination and material requirements.

Vendor Contracts and Agreements: Contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers for event-related services.

Event Execution Reports: Reports on the execution of events, including timelines, materials used, and vendor performance.

BTL Activities Reports: Reports analyzing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and their effectiveness.

Vendor Payment Tracking: Documentation tracking payments to vendors in coordination with the finance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
