Job description:
To acquire new SOHO (small office home office) and B2B customers by actively prospecting, presenting, and selling telecom products and services (mobile, fixed, internet, cloud, etc.). The role focuses on building strong client relationships, working within assigned zones, and achieving set sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth in Qatar’s business market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new SOHO and B2B prospects through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking within assigned zones.
- Work based on zoning plans to ensure structured and consistent market coverage across different geographic or business sectors.
- Present and promote telecom products and solutions (mobile lines, internet packages, IP telephony, cloud services, etc.) tailored to the customer’s business needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, customer service, and provisioning) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Stay up to date with telecom market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations in Qatar.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor sales experience in Qatar is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of telecom products and services (e.g., voice, data, internet, and cloud-based solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid Qatari driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
