Eventi is a fast-growing, tech-driven catering and events platform based in Doha, Qatar. Our mobile application is designed to serve as a one-stop solution that connects users with top-tier catering vendors, event service providers, and chefs—simplifying event planning for Qatari locals, corporate clients, and the expat community.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales and Partnerships Specialist who will play a critical role in outdoor sales and partnership development. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with vendors, including caterers, chefs, event service providers, and venues across Doha. This position is field-based and requires frequent face-to-face meetings with both potential and existing partners to establish trust and ensure a high-quality onboarding process.

This role is ideal for someone with deep local market knowledge of the F&B and events industry in Qatar, who thrives in client-facing environments and is driven by building valuable relationships that support mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and meet with potential vendors (catering companies, chefs, event decorators, venues, etc.) to onboard them onto the Eventi platform.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and partnership meetings with prospects and active vendors to ensure onboarding quality and relationship development.
  • Present the Eventi app and platform benefits through in-person demonstrations, digital presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Work closely with vendors to gather service details, visuals, pricing, and lead time specifications for proper listing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly onboarding targets and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and identify new service opportunities.
  • Act as the key point of contact between vendors and our operations, marketing, and tech teams to resolve issues and optimize vendor experience.
  • Represent the Eventi brand at industry events, exhibitions, and community activations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Food & Beverage, Catering, Hospitality, or Events industry in Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of the local F&B landscape with an existing network of relevant contacts.
  • Native Arab speaker with proficient English skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage field visits independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
