Business Development Manager - Manpower Outsourcing Industry

Doha, Qatar

  • Understanding of Call center, outsourcing business in Qatar
  • RFQ/RFP process and preparing submissions
  • Costings for outsourcing opportunities
  • Current market trends and emerging opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help to grow the business.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets – Pursuing leads and moving them through the cycle.
  • Build knowledge, on the industry and the business to identify opportunities
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Represent the company to all the existing and potential clients.
  • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and warm leads to build strategic long lasting B2B partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to various internal departments for continuous process optimization.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet company needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Manpower Outsourcing Sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving (Required)
