Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in the beauty industry to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our beauty brands to pharmacies, beauty shops, and retail chains across Qatar through regular client visits and in-person sales. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to promote and sell beauty and personal care products to pharmacies, beauty shops, and retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Take orders, ensure brand visibility, and provide product training when required.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and report findings.
  • Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and promotional execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, orders, and client visit logs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years outdoor sales experience in the beauty/personal care industry.
  • Existing network with pharmacies and beauty stores in Qatar.
  • QID with transferable visa (NOC).
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (Own car )
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Presentable, organized, and self-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
