Outdoor Sales Executive (Male & Female)

Doha, Qatar

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our wide range of furniture products, including mattresses, linen, and home furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in person.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote and demonstrate the company's furniture products to meet customer requirements.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by conducting market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to management for product improvement and service enhancements.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility by participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role in the furniture or retail sector.
  • Strong salesmanship with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel to meet clients.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Qatar's market and customer preferences in the furniture industry is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
