Outdoor Sales Executive

Full job description:

We are looking for a creative, and driven sales person, for our care wellness and spa products for men and women, also for our kids toys, and other fashion related products. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, to customer, and other businesses, in outdoor and indoor settings. You will engage with potential customers, and present the details and features of the products. This role needs a proactive, and customer-focused approach excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, and companies.

· Identify, approach and close deals with potential customers, and companies.

· Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to present products and secure orders.

· Track and report client feedback, competitors activities and market trends.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Generate leads through outdoor marketing efforts.

· Be able to memorize the products well for perfect features demonstration, and be able to provide personalized product recommendations based on customers needs and requirements.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

· Maintain clean and organized outdoor sales area, including product displays, and promotional materials.

· Assist in marketing plans, across multiple platforms, and in analyzing campaign performance and generate reports.

· Be able to provide a weekly plan for your sales, and report for the previous week.

· Handle customers inquiries, process orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery.

· Address customer complaints or issues regarding products, returns, and replacements, providing effective solutions.

· Be up to date to any related event, exhibitions, government holidays, or new rules and other pop-ups.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales, minimum 2 years.

· Valid UAE driving license.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Fluency in English.

· Presentable with excellent standards.

· Ability to work independently and as part of team in fast-paced environment.

· Time management and planning.

· Target-driven mindset.

· Strong confidence, and personality.

What is a plus for you:

· A related certificate in sales.

· Better knowledge in related products.

· Arabic language, or other languages.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Knowledge of import/export procedures (UAE experience)

· Knowledge of other government procedures.
