Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our massage services and wellness packages. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, distributing flyers, building customer relationships, and ensuring our spa is well-represented in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell massage services and spa packages to walk-in and targeted customers.
• Distribute brochures/flyers and conduct outdoor promotions in nearby areas (residential, commercial, and public places).
• Approach potential clients directly to explain services, offers, and membership packages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain a record of daily sales activities and report to management.
• Assist in building brand awareness through outdoor marketing campaigns.
• Ensure a positive and professional representation of Zarya Wellness Spa at all times.
• Distribute marketing materials, conduct product/service presentations, and attend promotional events.
• Represent Zarya Wellness Spa in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, spa, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the local market and networking skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
