Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of building materials to prospective clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities -
1. Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote and sell building materials to potential customers.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers in a clear and professional manner.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
6. Collaborate with the internal sales team to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Requirements & skills -
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the Building Materials industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- A valid UAE driving license, and and willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- But most importantly, must be a fast learner and have a passion for sales.

Salary:
The salary will be based on incentive on sale basis.
AED 3000 + Commission
