Outdoor Sales Executive – Marble & Stone Showroom

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue for our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fit-out industry (commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality), excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets through field-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, site meetings, networking, and cold calling.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers.

· Promote the company’s interior fit-out services and solutions to potential clients.

· Understand client requirements, conduct site assessments, and coordinate with the design and estimation teams to develop proposals.

· Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and project briefs.

· Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on project execution and client satisfaction.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

· Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

· Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client databases.

Qualifications:

  • · 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the interior or marble & wood industries.
  • · Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and market segments.
  • · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites and client meetings
