Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Omani National to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Executive. The role involves visiting clients, generating new leads, promoting company products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Omani National (mandatory).
• Previous experience in outdoor sales is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
• Valid Omani driving license preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: OMR 350 per month
